As Executive Producer for the New England Emmy Awards, I took the region’s biggest broadcast honors and turned them into a modern, high-energy experience. By cleaning up the behind-the-scenes workflow and rewriting the creative script, my team and I have produced galas that the Board of Governors called the best in their history. I owned the show from concept to execution, beefing up the production value, shaping the visual storytelling, and keeping vendors, clients, and the venue perfectly in sync to set a new standard for future productions.

Global Sales Incentive Event

When Luxottica asked my team to handle their global top-performer incentive trip in Maui, we knew we had to blow them away. Over three months, we worked side-by-side with their leadership team to develop a cohesive theme, shaping everything from the main messaging to the live experiences. In the end, we created an unforgettable week that truly celebrated what success means at the company. Once the glasses were raised and everyone headed home, leadership told us it was the best recognition event Luxottica had ever hosted.
