When the world’s leader in luxury eyewear approached our team about a global event held in Maui, we knew it needed to be one they wouldn’t forget Luxottica annually recognizes their top performers with a once in a lifetime experience and our team created a cohesive theme and platform for Luxottica’s executive team to use a springboard for their sales team.. Developing a complete experience from messaging and content to experiential moments we defined the what it took to be successful at Luxottica. Over the course of 3 months, we worked hand in hand with leadership, listening and molding their messages.The result was content and live experiences that created an experience of a lifetime. After the glasses had been raised and the attendees had gone home, we were told that this was the greatest recognition event Luxottica had ever held.
